“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.”

— Psalm 32:8

Hope in the Journey was born after writing He Ordered My Steps – From Shattered Dreams to Something Beautiful. As I reflected on the seasons of my life and the faithfulness of God woven through them, I realized something important: the journey did not end with the last page of the book. It continues to unfold, still teaching me, still shaping my faith, and still inviting me to trust God in new ways

For much of my life, I believed faith meant having it all together or knowing what came next. Writing my story helped me see that faith is often lived out more quietly—in surrender, in waiting, and in trusting God when the path ahead feels uncertain.

This space exists for those moments.

Here, I will share honest reflections from my ongoing journey—lessons learned through both past seasons and present struggles. Some stories will look back at where God has already been faithful; others will come from places where I am still learning to let go and trust. Always, my hope is to encourage and to remind you that you are not alone in your walk.

You will not find perfection here. You will find real faith—faith that is not always strong and confident, but faith that sometimes grows weary, sometimes asks hard questions, and yet continues to lean into the care of the Good Shepherd who goes before us, walks beside us, and holds our tomorrows.

If you have arrived here feeling tired, uncertain, or simply in need of encouragement, I pray this space will feel like a place to pause and breathe. May it remind you that even when the journey is difficult, hope is still present—and God is still faithfully leading each step.

Thank you for being here. You are always welcome.

A Closing Blessing

May you find hope in the steps you are taking today, even if the path feels unclear.
May the Good Shepherd quiet your fears, strengthen your trust, and remind you that you are not walking alone.
And may you rest in the assurance that the One who orders your steps holds your tomorrows securely in His loving hands.
